When frustrated about something, start thinking how to fix yourself rather than complain about it.

It is the proper thinking because there is nothing you can do about other people, only you can change on your own.

So instead of complaining about what others do, like not cleaning, not working, not coordinating, complaining, leaving you and stuff like that, start working on yourself to be a better person.

Not to satisfy others but to satisfy yourself. Provide for yourself because only you will be saving your self anyway.

And perhaps even influence other people to change themselves as well.

Remember it is not just plain words that change the world, but the actions that accompany those words. So live by the declaration that "I will be better than my yesterday's self."
